What kind of meals do you offer?
We offer handcrafted, chef-prepared meals made with farm-fresh, locally sourced ingredients from farmers markets and trusted vendors. Our sauces are made from scratch, and every dish reflects over 20 years of culinary experience.
What are the portion sizes?
Meals are portioned with 6–8 oz of protein per serving, designed to be satisfying while supporting balanced nutrition.
How much do the meals cost?
Meals are priced at $14 per meal.
Heating
How do I heat the meals?
All meals are delivered fresh and fully cooked. Most dishes can be reheated in the microwave in just a few minutes. Remove lids before heating and warm until hot throughout.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze meals for longer storage and enjoy them later.

When will my meals be delivered?
Deliveries are available Monday through Wednesday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
